He is a seasoned auditor and has 28 years of working experience in audit and assurance services.
Prior to starting TDS & CO., Sam was an audit partner in one of the local firms that was established in the 1970s leading audit teams that carried out more than 200 audits annually with Organisations spread across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The audit clients are engaged in various sectors/industry ranging from trading companies to international Non-Governmental Organisations providing legal, humanitarian services and developmental aid.
Samson is a senior Rotarian and board member of many Organisations including Equity Bank Kenya, SOS Children’s village, and many more
Samson is a great facilitator. He is an associate consultant and a co-founder of Coach Africa Ltd, a people development consultancy firm, founded over 10 years ago and the Institute of Work Culture. He has facilitated high profile retreats, workshops and meetings within and outside Uganda. He is a regular trainer with the Rotary Leadership Institute, a programme that equips volunteers with quality knowledge and leadership skills, essential in leading voluntary Organisations.
